All prices listed are GST inclusive and in NZ dollars.


Secure online payment options are via Visa/Mastercard and internet banking.

 

Customers can be confident that their details are protected and are used only for purposes of transaction fulfilment.
 

The Courier Box Limited does not store cardholder or card information.


We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Stripe payments to process online orders. This Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy on line shopping experience.

Return & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at
info@thecourierbox.co.nz or call us within 5 days from the date of
delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Return shipping for a refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer and we will cover the cost of returning the exchanged item.


The Courier Box must not be used and be in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met the refund or exchange will not be processed.

If a product proves to be faulty The Courier Box Ltd will either refund or replace the product.

The Courier Box Ltd will not replace, remedy or refund the product under circumstances of vandalism, misuse or general lack of care.  

Shipping & Delivery

The Courier Box will be shipped direct to your address.

 

Please provide any special instructions in the Cart section. We cannot ship
to a PO Box.


We ship using Owens Transport/Mainfreight. All our products are shipping with 'Signature Required'. If you authorise the courier to leave the parcel without signature please note this in the Special Shipping Instructions on the Shopping Cart page.

Please contact us for delivery outside of New Zealand.


Delivery is usually within 21 working days, depending on location.


For bulk orders or orders over 4 units, please contact us to confirm shipping cost and delivery time.
